Instead of the typical red color blocks of the Zemmouri rugs, this piece features Yves Klein blue bands, offset by tightly woven geometric bands. These rugs, originating in the Middle Atlas region, tend to be more symmetrical and balanced from one side to the other than other Moroccan rugs.
