Tiny rhinestones accent each leaf. There is some deterioration of the enamel, as you can see from the close up photo, but it's not very noticeable otherwise. Though unsigned, this graceful enameled leaf brooch is clearly DeRosa, because of the leaf design elements it shares with signed DeRosa pieces. See this
