Nc'Nean Organic Huntress Single Malt WBAPR22 and inspired NeachneohainHuntress is the first release from NcNean's new spring series of whiskies. The series is all about their ethos of discovery, and inspired Neachneohain, known as the Queen of Spirits in ancient Gaelic legend a huntress. This 2022 release features a yeast commonly used in rum production. Casks used were 61% red wine and 39% ex bourbon. They loved the results which brings rich minerality, enhanced tropical fruit flavours and a honeycomb sweetness. Try
