This fine wine is produced using grapes grown in our own Estate located in Las Barrancas

and they have a long family tradition of producing a zingy Brut Prosecco

on the central part of the south-hill

Completely un oaked with a mineralquality rarely found in traditional California Chardonnay. Yellow apples and ripepears, lemon rind and white flowers. A pithy wine that bounces around the glass with energy from the 8 months of 100% stainless steel aging.
