The Discobolus - Classical Greek Athlete Sculpture in Resin Style:White Resale value retentionCast resin. 34 cm H 18 cm W 20 cm D. Two finishes: White (marble look) and Black (semi gloss). Freestanding, no assembly required. The original Discobolus was cast in bronze by Myron of Athens around 450 BCE. No original has survived. What remain are Roman marble copies, the most studied of which is the Lancelotti Discobolus, now held at the Museo Nazionale Romano in Rome. The sculpture's subject is an Olympic discus thrower frozen at the split second
