I have not seen this shape before so it's a first from me

so will be listing a few more over the next few weeks)

The plate is round(ish) with a square tinge

where the glass transitions from a translucent uranium blue to a milky white at the edges

but alas minus the bottle opener

Not quite sure the maker, either USA or UK, but I think it's Westmoreland USA. It's a lovely two handled cup creamer that would sit well (or be used) in any pre MCM kitchen.
